Delta 34-672 Dado Head Table Insert for 10-Inch Table Saw
Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2003-04-15 Summary: A Perfect Fit... ... I just bought a Delta TS300 10" table saw (use to be called a model 36-600, by the way) and started looking for dado sets and dado inserts. The Delta website is either perfectly useless or outright wrong when it comes to cataloging the correct accessories for each table saw. So I took my standard insert over to my local tool dealer and asked him to match it up with the correct dado insert. It took him all of 30 seconds to figure it out. The 34-672 Dado Head Insert is the one to get for the following 10" Delta table ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-04-03 Summary: 34-672 Dado Head Table Insert ... I have bought the Delta TS350 table saw just a week ago. It didnot come with the dado insert. I ordered and just received the 34-672 dado insert from Amazon, on time and it fits perfectly. The insert is nice and flat. I am very happy that I was able to find this insert for my saw. ...more
[3] Rating: 5 Date: 2005-09-30 Summary: Shipping is way too high. ... Hi, Product was good. I spent 150% of the cost on shipping an item that was very light. This seems extremely unreasonable. It will stop my shopping at Amazon. Any corrective action ongoing? ...more

Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2005-01-15 Summary: A guard I will actually use ... For too long now I've been operating my saw without a guard (yes, stupid). I removed it once to cut dadoes and never replaced it. I finally bought the uniguard and I never have to remove it-even when cutting dadoes. The guard is everything you expect from Delta: beefy, well engineered, and everything fits as it is supposed to. I was able to fit the guard on my Contractors saw with a 30" extension table without having to cut the support arm (the instructions suggest cutting it as an option). There is no need to do so ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2006-01-22 Summary: Great Guard and Splitter ... I wanted to upgrade from the flimsy splitter/guard on my Grizzly G1022SM. The Delta 34-976 Deluxe Uniguard Blade Guard, was the obvious choice. It came with the splitter, sold separately at over $100. The huge box has everything in it, but the instructions. Using the instructions online, I had it assembled in a couple of hours. I ran into one problem. The index pin should go into a notch in mounting bracket. However the notch was too tight, causing the pin to sit on the notch instead of in it. When tightened, the splitter ...more
[3] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-01-07 Summary: Easy mounting to Grizzly 1023 SL table saw ... I'm the owner of a Grizzly 3HP 1023 SLW left-tilt saw Grizzly G1023SLW 10" Left-Tilt Cabinet Table Saw and after much research and cogitation ordered the Delta Uniguard system to replace the stock blade guard/ splitter combination. I read on some forums that the fit was a problem because of Grizzly's Biesemeyer-type fence rails, so I ordered the Uniguard Biesemeyer flat adapter bar, too, thinking I would need it. I didn't, and it wouldn't work anyway, so I returned it. Don't make my mistake! The Uniguard blade guard's ...more

Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-04-25 Summary: Delta Mobile Base ... Written directions and pictures clear except had a problem figuring out how the foot lever worked.Pictures don't tell the story. Glued up two pcs of 3/4 red oak to make the 1-1/2 thick boards with grain direction 90 degrees to machine weight.Didn't have 7/16" drill bit so used 1/2" with no problem. Use a drill press. I made mistake of assembly as I drilled for each bracket. If you do this to check your accuracy, you will have to take it apart at the end. Para 9 changes from 7/16" drill hole to 5/16" drill hole. [2] Rating: 4 Date: 2008-11-11 Summary: Good quality, front caster foot lever is bigger than it looks ... I actually bought this base to attach to a piece of machinery that fits in a closet. The base hardware (angle brackets, wheels) are solid, and if you use a hard wood like oak for the 2x2 sides, the whole thing is solid as a rock. However, the foot pedal sticks out several inches, and it actually got in my way a bit. In addition, if you are like me and wanted to store something in a closet out of the way, you need at least 8-12" of extra space to accommodate the petal. I'm sure the petal is not a problem for most people, ...more
[3] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-09-09 Summary: Best Universal Base ... This base is undoubtably the best universal base available. Although you need to add your own hardwood rails, it is a great value. It will fit virtually any size home shop power tool. I have several of these bases and will not settle for anything less. They are sturdy and if you 'trade-in' a tool, this stand will adjust to the new one just by shortening the existing rails or adding new, longer ones. Easy to assemble is another positive. ...more
