I needed to plant a few trees and a shovel just would not cut it. I also tried a pick axe but after about 10 swings I gave up and started searching for a jackhammer. They rent jack hammers at big name home & garden stores for about $70 a day. This jackhammer paid for itself in two days. Demolition hammer related help/definitions

Attic access - An opening that is placed in the drywalled ceiling of a home providing access to the attic.
