[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-09-20 Summary: Wow! ... I've tried two other products that were to restore finishes on older, worn sealed floors. This is by far the best. I have not used the low gloss finish yet, but the high gloss made my tired floors look brand new. It is a top coating, so a well ventilated room is important and so is about two hours of drying time. All dogs, cats, kids and husbands need to go away for at least that long unless you want to end up with some spotting. I used a lint free cloth and a Swifer to apply after cleaning well with Bona wood floor ...more

After looking at the cost of other nailers and renting, I decided to purchase this unit based on the reviews I had read. I ordered the cleat unit but received the cleat/stapler unit upgrade for free. 10 minutes after receiving the unit from Fed Ex I was installing 3/4 Oak using 100psi. Comes with bases for different thickness flooring. Unfortunately, even when using the base for 3/4" flooring, we still had to 'shim' the base with several layers of duct tape to get the flooring staples to go in at the correct place on the tongue of the flooring.
